Scott Roetzer

Co-Founder of Ledge Creek Development in 1994. He has over 35 years in construction and site development, specializing in business management. 

 

Timothy Quinn

Controller

Timothy Quinn is the Controller and Human Resources Director for Ledge Creek Development, Inc. He is responsible for Financial Statement preparation, budget presentation and overhead calculation. He manages Human Resource functions, insurance and bonding. Tim received his MBA from St. Bonaventure University.

Doug Matusek

Vice President of Operations

Doug is our Vice President of Operations and is responsible for organizing and scheduling our crews. He does this while working with project managers and customers to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Doug brings knowledge from his 30+ years of experience in business management and various roles he has filled within Ledge Creek Development Inc. these past 11+ years. 


Ken Depke

Gas Division Manager

Ken is responsible for managing workload, and crews in our gas division. Ken brings a wealth of knowledge in the natural gas construction industry having previously worked as a territory manager, and inspector in the field. He has over 20 years experience in natural gas construction, and 35 years in the construction industry combined.

Cory is responsible for the daily Operations and Management of Ledge Creek's gas division. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and a specialized focus on the natural gas sector, Cory brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence in every project undertaken. He has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of complex construction processes and safety standards.

Austin St. Laurent

VP of Safety & Training

Austin is the main contact for safety. He is responsible for the safety of the entire staff, our subcontractors and project shareholders. He designs and creates HASPs for all project prior to start of construction. He visits our project sites daily to inspect for safety compliance. Austin also writes our crew specific training materials.


Dave Matusek

Site Superintendent

Dave is the main Site Superintendent at Ledge Creek Development, Inc.. He organizes the crews and creates daily work assignments for the field staff. He ensures that all staff are versed in the proper safety precautions for their daily work assignments.

Brad Conklin

Directional Drilling Manager

Brad is responsible for bidding work, managing workload, and crews in our directional drilling department. Brad brings jobsite and operational knowledge in the drilling industry having previously worked as a drill operator and has performed all crew tasks in the field. He has over 20 years experience.

Douglas Bruce

VP Project Management
 

Douglas Bruce

Doug is responsible for overseeing project management. Doug works step by step with our estimators, site Foreman, and project shareholders to ensure that our projects are completed as imagined, and designed. Doug has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from years of field, and office participation on many successful projects across New York state.


Eric Kopacz

Sub Station and Electrical Construction Manager

Eric manages  sub station and electrical construction at Ledge Creek. Eric has been a leader in the electrical and sub station field for 30  years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. “At Ledge Creek, we stand for Safety, Quality, and Excellence…Everyday”.
