We recently completed a challenging gas main installation project for one of the primary utility companies in Western New York. This project required careful planning, experienced crews, and the right equipment to safely complete work in complex conditions.
Our gas crews used our AT-40 horizontal directional drill to replace an 8-inch gas main, including a 300-foot creek crossing. We also installed 175 feet of 4-inch gas main beneath a busy four-lane roadway, coordinating multiple lane closures to keep traffic moving while maintaining safety on site.
To complete the scope, we installed an additional 250 feet of 2-inch gas main. All work was completed using our state-of-the-art horizontal directional drilling equipment and the decades of combined experience our team brings to natural gas distribution and HDD work.
This project was delivered safely, on time, and on budget - something we take pride in for every utility partner we work with.
