Scott Roetzer - Co-Founder

Scott.gifCo-Founder of Ledge Creek Development in 1994. Has over 20 years experience in commercial site development and general construction. Mr. Roetzer is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo.

Barry Small - Co-Founder

Sean McConnaghy - Vice President - Site Development

Sean.gifA graduate of SUNY at Alfred and has 20 years experience in site development and site inspection. Mr. McConnaghy has multiple OSHA Certifications and has provided management and coordination of some of the most significant site improvement projects in the Western New York region.

Joy Hoyt - Controller

Joe Hoyt is the Controller and Human Resources Director for Ledge Creek Development, Inc.  He is responsible for Financial Statement preparation, budget presentation and overhead calculation.  He manages Human Resource functions, insurance and bonding.

 Richard Jakala - Vice President of Construction

Vice President of General Construction and has been involved in Commercial, Institutional and Multi-Family Construction since 1982.  Mr. Jakala's experience and background in the industry has made him a strong proponent and practitioner of a collegial/cooperative approach to the construction process.

Kellie Mondschein - Associate Project Manager

A certified Interior Designer with the NCIDQ www.ncidq.org.  Ms. Mondschein has worked in the architecture and construction field for over 20 years.  Her speciality is facilitating communications within a project.

 

John J. Weisbeck - National Grid Project Manager

Jay Weisbeck is the National Grid Project Manager for Ledge Creek Development, Inc.  He organizes and coordinates all work from National Grid to Ledge Creek Development, Inc.  Jay works directly with our Site Superintendent to ensure all work is completed safely and on time  .

 

Jeff Braunscheidel - General Site Superintendent

Jeff Braunscheidel is the main Site Superintendent at Ledge Creek Development, Inc..  He organizes the crews and creates daily work assignments for the field staff .  He ensures that all staff are versed in the proper safety precautions for their daily work assignments.

 

Krystin Roetzer - Office Manager
