Chris Jones - Vice President - Operations

He is the direct point of contact for our customers and is responsible for insuring the work gets completed on time, and within budget. He also participates in the daily operation of our company and in employee relations.

Joe Hoyt - Controller

joe_re_edited.JPGJoe Hoyt is the Controller and Human Resources Director for Ledge Creek Development, Inc. He is responsible for Financial Statement preparation, budget presentation and overhead calculation. He manages Human Resource functions, insurance and bonding.

Richard Jakala - Vice President of Construction

Vice President of General Construction and has been involved in Commercial, Institutional and Multi-Family Construction since 1982. Mr. Jakala's experience and background in the industry has made him a strong proponent and practitioner of a collegial/cooperative approach to the construction process.

Dave Matusek - General Site Superintendent

Dave_Matusek.jpegDave is the main Site Superintendent at Ledge Creek Development, Inc.. He organizes the crews and creates daily work assignments for the field staff . He ensures that all staff are versed in the proper safety precautions for their daily work assignments.

Garrett Schmidbauer - Vice President of Safety and Training 

Garrett is the main contact for safety. He is responsble for the safety of the entire staff, our subcontractors and project shareholders. He designs and creates HASPs for all project prior to start of contstruction. He visits our project sites daily to inspect for safety compliance. 

Cory Askew - Gas Division Manager

Cory is responsible for the daily Operations and management of Ledge Creek's gas division. Cory has 15+ years of experience in the natural gas industry.
